两蛋相碰

在昨天的ready steady cook里

有现场观众问厨师怎么打鸡蛋能防止蛋皮也掉下来

那个意大利厨师说

他每次都是把两个蛋摆成十字交叉的position互相磕

只有一个蛋会碎（他保证）

最后轻轻掰开就好了

我们的问题是凭什么只碎一个？！ emoticon
