揉下丹田

今天妈妈跟我讲的

感觉挺舒服的,分享一下

方法如下:

站立放松,把两只手搓热了,揉肚脐下两指处,力度适中,顺时针逆时针各60次

揉背后肚脐对应的命门也如是60下

此法可补气养血,坚持一冬天必有效果(没效果也不赖我)

ps:今天跟fk说这个的时候 他说“是要自己揉吗?”。。。
