Game theoretical analysis of the goal of life

To pursue excellence is a zero-sum game: you win then others lose and vice versa. We’d better set something else as our goal of life, which may allow everyone to be a “winner'’ at the same time.

  1. Human wisdom is unbounded - that in our pursuit of excellence, we adjust our objectives according to our performances. So it doesn’t matter what we set as our goal at the beginning, for the goal can always be re-set by what we get in the end - be it experience, peace, dignity… if not excellence.
